PURCHASE

 

  • Reviewing your agreement of Purchase and Sale;

  • Performing a title search on the property; including a review to ensure no liens on title related to outstanding taxes or utilities;

  • Registration of mortgages;

  • Registration of transfer/deed;

  • Arranging for title insurance;

SALE

 

  • Discharge of Mortgage(s);

  • Performing a search of the property to identify any mortgages or liens registered on the property;

  • Prepare registration and/or transfer and review and discuss documents from purchaser’s lawyer;

  • Meeting with you to review and sign all closing documentation;

  • Payout of realtor fees, mortgage, outstanding property taxes and utilities (if applicable) upon closing;

  • Payment of proceeds of sale to you;

  • Providing you with a closing package.
