WILLS & ESTATES

Protect what’s most important

If you don’t have a will yet, you should. Many people put off creating wills, but a carefully thought out will is an important part of a sound estate plan. Your will and power of attorney are critical in planning for your future and protecting your assets and your family. If you have minor children, your will specifies who will serve as guardian.

We will make sure that the value of the assets you have worked so hard to accumulate is preserved when passed along to your beneficiaries. Offering a full range of estate planning and administrative services, we can assist you in creating a comprehensive estate plan that meets all of your needs.

Our estate planning services include:

  • Wills – Individual and Spousal

  • Powers of Attorney – Property and Personal Care

  • Estate Administration

  • Estate Planning

  • Trustee Appointments/Probate Certificates

  • Business Succession Planning

  • Corporate/Multiple Wills

  • Trusts
